To get started with Paradisedress, you need to create an account by completing the sign-up process following these steps:

- Select dress you want to get
- Provide body data
- Confirm the design
- Success!
Do you have any stock available?
Yes,we have stocks in standard sizes.
What customization services do you offer?
We support body data customization (precisely adjust the version and size to fit your figure) and collar label & hang tag personalized customization.
Shipping
How long does it take to ship products?
Stock Items: 2 days
Custom Items:
Custom cycle: 3-4 days for only label customization, 4-5 days for only body customization, 5-7 days for combination.
How can I check the status of an order?
Detailed information as regards the status of your order can be accessed on your account by opening “my orders” page, which provides you with a concise history of every item in your order and it’s status.
How does Paradisedress handle refunds and returns?
Stock Items: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer exchanges and will refund your original purchase.
Custom Items:There are no refunds and returns since all products are customized on demand. The only exception to refund and return is when the product received is defective/wrong.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs varies and is dependent on product price and the destination of order.Free shipping is provided over $100.
